Engineers within this track contribute to yield, quality, and throughput improvements through hands-on troubleshooting, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and technical innovation. This role evolves from entry-level learning and support to senior technical leadership and strategic project ownership.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. \nMonitor costs and update them as appropriate. Conduct process experiments; collect, organize, and analyze data to inform decisions\nPerform hands-on troubleshooting of recipes, tools, or process-related issues\nIdentify non-conforming product or conditions; conduct root cause analysis\nParticipate in or lead process improvement projects (e.g., yield, cycle time, cost)\nSupport the development and qualification of new products or tools\nDocument and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nTrain technicians or operators to ensure safe and consistent process execution\nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier/vendor teams\nMaintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.\nLive the company culture of integrity, teamwork, self-discipline and professional competence.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
