This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, guiding teams, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with high quality.\nProduction Leads provide day-to-day direction to operators, help keep work flowing, and act as a key link between the team and leadership.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring active engagement on the production floor throughout the shift.\nIMPORTANT: Schedule & Shift Information \nWe operate on 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.\nTraining Period\nDuring initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8-hour shift schedule, which may include:\n6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday)\n2:15 PM - 10:45 PM (Monday - Friday)\nPost-Training Schedule\nAfter training, employees will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule, which may include:\nWeekend Day: 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM\nRotating schedule:\nWeek 1: Friday - Monday (48 hours)\nWeek 2: Friday - Sunday (36 hours)\nSchedules typically follow 3-4 days per week (36-48 hours).\nFinal shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.\nCompensation\nBase rate: $25.00 per hour\nShift differentials offered for evening, night, and weekend schedules\nOvertime paid in accordance with applicable laws\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide daily direction, support, and coordination for a team of production employees\nEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards\nCoordinate workflow, materials, and priorities to meet production targets\nMonitor production progress and escalate issues as needed\nTrain and support team members, including new hires\nReinforce standard work, safety procedures, and company policies\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment\nAbility to communicate clearly in English (required for safety and coordination)\nAbility to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications\n1-3 years of manufacturing experience\nPrior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader\nFamiliarity with ERP or production tracking systems\nExperience in high-volume or shift-based manufacturing\nBilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus\nKey Skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues\nAbility to lead by example and support team performance\nClear communication and problem-solving skills\nAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment\nWork Environment\nActive, floor-based role with extended standing and walking\nExposure to manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, materials)\nPPE required and provided where applicable\nWhy Join CelLink\nBe part of a fast-growing advanced manufacturing company\nOpportunity to grow into Supervisor roles as we scale\nWork in a collaborative, team-driven environment\nWe believe diversity and inclusion among our teammates are essential to our success.
