The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDirect the work of other employees (under the general direction of the designated department manager) in the designated work group and ensure the quality of work.\nCoordinates and manages the department flow of short-term and ongoing schedules; monitors the ERP system.\nCarry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.\nResponsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning, directing and checking others' work; addressing complaints and resolving basic issues or problems.\nKeep the supervisor informed of production levels, goals, successes, and issues or problems at regular intervals.\nMaintain a clean, orderly, safe and secure work area at all times and follow all established safety and quality control procedures.\nSupport a culture of accountability - being accountable for our work-related actions; supporting and fostering a positive work environment.\nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)\nTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
