The Lead provides daily oversight to their designated team.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDirect the work of other employees (under the general direction of the designated department manager) in the designated work group and ensure the quality of work\nCoordinate and manage department flow of short-term and ongoing department schedules; monitor the ERP system\nCarry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws\nResponsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing and checking others' work; addressing complaints and resolving basic issues or problems\nKeep supervisor informed of production levels, goals, successes, issues and/or problems at regular intervals\nMaintain a clean, orderly, safe, and secure work area at all times and follow all established safety and quality control procedures\nSupport a culture of accountability - being accountable for our work-related actions; supporting and fostering a positive work environment\nOther duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications \nExperience/Education\nPrevious production operations, material handling, or technician experience within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment preferred but not required.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nMust have strong command of English, both written and verbal.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nPunctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must.\nAbility to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.\nOpen to schedule flexibility to accommodate a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed. Ability to work overtime & change schedule on short notice as required.\nShift: B Tuesday-Thursday /every other Monday, 5:45 pm - 6:00 am ($2.00/hr differential)\nHourly Non-Exempt\nPhysical Demands - Office and Manufacturing Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to speak through a microphone or listen for software cues or other indicators that may not be presented visually. The employee must frequently use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee must stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms to pull/push, reach, climb, or balance. Periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. The employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds without assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus are frequently required.
