Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. \nOperate equipment to defined department production standards \nProcess all incoming products according to department production standards \nComplete all shipping per customer requirements \nPull material for production and customer orders per requests \nPerform cycle counts per department procedures \nPerform all ERP activities to department guidelines \nOperate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment \nDetect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. \nMay perform all system tracking activities in accordance with customer requirements and departmental guidelines; including, but not limited to entering accurate data into the company specified systems for job time and inventory tracking. \nReport accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Supervisor or area lead. \nMaintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. \nContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. \nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): \nTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. \nExperience/Education: \nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred. \nMust be, or become within 90 days of employment, certified forklift operator \nPrevious production operations, material handling, within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment preferred but not required. \nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: \nMust have command of the English language, both written and verbal. \nMust be at least 18 years of age. \nPunctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must. \nAbility to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing. \nOpen to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed. Ability to work overtime & change schedule on short notice as required. \nPPE \nMay be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump-caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures. Position includes ability to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and pull/push; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods of time.
