This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training organisation and make a real impact by equipping learners with life saving skills.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, and Paediatric First Aid courses.\nEnsure all training meets FAIB standards and awarding body requirements.\nCreate an engaging, interactive learning environment. \n Assess learners and provide constructive feedback.\n Maintain accurate training records and documentation.\nEnsure training equipment is prepared and maintained.\n Represent SSG Training and Consultancy professionally, at all times.\n Who you are\nFAIB First Aid Instructor qualification (or equivalent).\nTeaching / assessing qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training).\nUp to date First Aid certification.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to engage and motivate learners.\nFull UK driving licence (preferred). \n\nJoin us\nYou’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
