This site based role involves inspections, installations, engineering support, and technical guidance to ensure safe, compliant working at height across diverse environments, delivering practical solutions to complex access challenges.\nWhat you will do\nSurvey, design support, and installation of high level access systems (ladders, walkways, platforms, gantries)\nInstallation, inspection, and certification of fall protection systems (fixed lifelines, anchor points, guardrails, edge protection)\nConduct site assessments and work at height risk evaluations\nEnsure compliance with relevant safety standards and legislation\nProvide technical support and guidance to clients and on site teams\nPrepare clear reports, drawings, and handover documentation\nCollaborate with project managers, designers, and H&S teams\nTroubleshoot on site issues and deliver practical engineering solutions\n Who you are\nEssential Requirements\nProven experience as a Field Engineer in a similar role. \nStrong knowledge of high level access and fall protection systems. \nUnderstanding of work at height regulations and safety standards. \nComfortable working at height and in challenging site environments. \nCSCS card preferred (can be provided if required). \nFull UK driving licence. \nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. \n Desirable Qualifications\nIPAF, PASMA, or other access related certifications. \nFall protection inspection or manufacturer specific training. \nConfined space or offshore experience (if applicable). \nJoin us\nYou’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
