Drawing on your experience in project support or a similar role, you will be responsible for preparing job packs, coordinating and scheduling activities, and working closely with field-based, operational and technical teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and effectively.\nYou will regularly engage with colleagues, clients and key stakeholders, developing a strong understanding of clean water networks. With a growing portfolio of specialist businesses, Celnor provides essential services that protect people, property and the environment.\n\nWhat you will do\nYou will need a strong understanding of the M25 and surrounding areas, you will use GIS mapping, network schematics and Street View to prepare accurate and detailed work packs for field investigations.\nAct as the main point of contact for Field Teams, responding to queries and working closely with technical and operational leads to prioritise workloads and ensure smooth project delivery\nPrepare and raise Stage 1 and Stage 2 permits to work, with guidance from Network Engineers and Project Managers.\nCoordinate site access and traffic management arrangements, liaising with internal teams, local authorities, clients and external stakeholders.\nPlan and schedule field activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively based on technician locations, availability and project requirements.\nMonitor project progress, maintaining accurate documentation, audits, shut packs and operational records.\nIdentify and resolve survey-related issues, ensuring company systems and project trackers are kept accurate and up to date.\n\nWho you are\nA minimum of 2 years’ experience in a project support, coordination or similar role, with an understanding of the full project lifecycle.\nConfident using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams, as well as virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.\nStrong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to prepare, coordinate and communicate clear, detailed work plans, with a good understanding of project logistics and operational requirements.\nComfortable managing multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nWhy Join Veriflo?\n Our people’s experience has earned Veriflo Great Place To Work® Certification and recognition on the 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™ list, celebrating organisations that create outstanding opportunities for employees to learn, grow and thrive.\nIf you are ready to learn, gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in the water industry, we would love to hear from you.
