This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a vital and growing industry-no prior experience required, as full training will be provided.\nIf you enjoy working outdoors, travelling, and being part of essential infrastructure work, this role offers a rewarding and stable career path.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver high-quality surveys while maintaining full compliance with ESB safety standards.\nUse ESB systems and applications to accurately record survey data and findings.\nProactively identify and report hazards, near misses, and positive safety observations.\nInspect poles and network assets for rot, structural defects, wear, and damage.\nCarry out Madison Bore checks and identify headgear requiring replacement.\nAssess overhead conductors and span clearances to ensure network safety and compliance.\nHighlight essential maintenance and upgrade works to support a safe and reliable network.\n Who you are\nFull, clean driver’s licence (essential).\nSafe Pass (preferred but can be provided).\nExperience in ESB networks or telecoms is an advantage, but not required.\nStrong attention to detail and safety awareness.\nAbility to work independently in a field-based role.\nJoin us\nYou’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
