In this varied role, you'll support the smooth delivery of domestic and commercial projects, coordinating appointments, liaising with clients and operational teams, managing documentation and ensuring reports are completed accurately and on time.\nWe're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in project coordination or administration would be beneficial, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.\nWhat you will do\nAs our Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, clients informed and operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nWorking closely with the Project Manager to coordinate workloads, manage schedules and ensure key deadlines are met.\nLiaising with clients, tenants, contractors, surveyors and analysts to arrange appointments, answer queries and keep everyone updated.\nPreparing, reviewing and checking technical reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with company standards.\nSupporting the smooth delivery of domestic and commercial projects, from initial enquiries and quotations through to final reporting.\nManaging project diaries, job records, spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.\nBuilding positive relationships with clients, manage expectations and deliver a professional, responsive service.\nMonitoring project progress, identify potential delays and escalate any concerns to the appropriate team members.\nEnsuring documentation, data protection and confidentiality requirements are met in line with company procedures.\nSupporting continuous improvement, share ideas and help develop more efficient ways of working across the team.\nWho you are\nStrong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.\nConfident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.\nAbility to work accurately under pressure while meeting deadlines.\nGood IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.\nA natural ability to build positive working relationships with clients, tenants and colleagues.\nExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and stay organised.\nPrevious experience in project coordination, administration or customer service would be advantageous, but is not essential.\nJoin us\nYou’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
