With a growing portfolio of specialist businesses, Celnor provides essential services that protect people, property and the environment.\nWhile each business retains its own identity, culture and technical specialism, all are supported by a central group function that invests in people, systems and long-term sustainable growth.\nJob details\n Working closely with the Head of Architecture and Directors, the Senior Architect / Associate Architect will lead the design and technical delivery of projects across a range of sectors, including residential refurbishment, façade remediation, fire safety, regeneration and development.\nThe role combines strong project leadership and technical expertise with growing responsibility for client management, commercial awareness, team development and business growth. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, act as a trusted client adviser and contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.\nThis role provides a clear progression pathway towards Associate Director and offers exposure to, Strategic client management, Commercial and financial leadership., Framework and bid management, Business development and practice growth, Team leadership and mentoring, operational management of project portfolios.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver architectural projects across RIBA Stages 1-4, ensuring high-quality design and technical information.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders to support efficient project delivery.\nManage client relationships and contribute to repeat business and new commissions.\nLead project meetings, design reviews and technical discussions, managing risks and resolving issues.\nPrepare and review planning applications, statutory approvals, tender packages and construction information.\nMonitor project programmes, resources, fees and budgets to support commercial performance.\nSupport business development, bid submissions and the mentoring of junior team members.\nWho you are\nARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience.\nProven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages.\nStrong design, technical and construction knowledge.\nExperience in refurbishment, façade remediation, fire safety or Building Safety Act-related projects.\nConfident managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and client relationships.\nCommercially aware, with an understanding of project finances, resource planning and risk management.\nProactive and organised, with strong communication skills and a commitment to technical excellence and developing others.\nIdeally, you will have experience in façade remediation, fire safety and Building Safety Act related projects.\nIt is desirable but not essential that you have contract administration and construction stage delivery experience.\n.\n Important information\n Celnor Group and its businesses manage recruitment directly.
