The Celonis Customer Organization (CCO) unites high-impact teams such as Value Engineering, Celonis Services, Academy, and Customer Programs. CCO Enablement serves as the foundational backbone across these groups, supporting their end-to-end learning journeys-from seamless onboarding to advanced skill building. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects that standardize best practices and scale our organization’s collective expertise.\nThe Role:\nIn this role, you will serve as a central operational anchor for enablement and programs designed to scale the capabilities of our customer-facing teams. You will facilitate clear communication between different CCO departments, maintain centralized resource hubs, help structure project documentation and status reports. By synthesizing post-training evaluations and monitoring key performance indicators, you will provide actionable insights that help refine training curriculum, improve project delivery workflows, and support the ongoing growth of our global organization.
