The Team:

The Celonis Executive Briefing Center (EBC) runs the most important conversations we have with our customers. We bring C-suite decision-makers together with Celonis leaders and experts for tailored, high-impact briefings that move strategic deals forward and deepen relationships with our most important stakeholders. Named the world’s Best New Executive Briefing Center Program by the Association of Briefing Managers, the EBC is a measurable driver of pipeline and customer value - and we are reinventing what an executive briefing can be.

The Role:

As the EBC Content Strategist, you design the future of how the world’s top executives experience Celonis. You pioneer AI-native, multisensory briefings that turn complex process intelligence into stories leaders can see, touch, and explore in real time. You own the creative vision for our showcases, speaker sessions, and living catalog, pushing each one to the frontier of what’s possible with generative AI, interactive data visualization, and spatial technology. Working closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and the executive team, you make sure every experience is both unmistakably next-generation and translated directly to the business challenges and goals of the C-level leaders in the room.

The work you’ll do:

Experience Design & AI-Native Storytelling

• Visionary narrative: Craft a bold, consistent executive narrative that brings the Celonis vision to life and lands with C-suite audiences.
• AI-native creation: Build an AI-assisted content engine that drafts, personalizes, and adapts each briefing in real time to the visiting executive’s industry, process data and priorities.
• Immersive assets: Design tailored, high-impact experiences that feel cinematic, not corporate: presentations, messaging frameworks, scripts, and interactive multimedia.

Living Catalog & Session Curation

• Living catalog: Own an adaptive, always-current catalog that evolves with every product launch and go-to-market shift - so no session is ever out of date.
• Narrative architecture: Orchestrate briefing agendas that flow as one cinematic story arc across sessions.
• Continuous reinvention: Retire what’s stale and prototype what’s next, keeping the catalog at the frontier of Celonis innovation.

Immersive Showcase & Demo Innovation

• Experiential vision: Own the creative vision, relevance, and impact of our interactive EBC showcases end to end.
• Multisensory showcases: Design digital, touch-driven, and spatial experiences that let executives explore their own process data - haptic, visual, and genuinely fun.
• Frontier partnerships: Partner with design agencies, creative technologists, and product teams to prototype and deploy net-new immersive experiences - AR/VR, live data visualization, and interactive installations.
• Flawless delivery: Establish a testing and refresh cadence so every showcase runs flawlessly during high-stakes executive visits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Impact

• Speaker enablement: Work directly with speakers and subject-matter experts to shape their session narratives and align talking points to briefing goals.
• Measurement & optimization: Track engagement and briefing feedback, tying immersive experiences to measurable pipeline and deal velocity, and iterate on experience strategy based on what the data shows.

The qualifications you need:

• 6+ years in content strategy, experience design, executive communications, or product marketing within B2B technology.
• Proven experience designing high-stakes executive events, immersive experiences, or briefing programs.
• Hands-on experience with experiential or immersive marketing, interactive storytelling, or emerging tech (AR/VR, spatial computing, interactive data visualization).
• Exceptional writing and editing, with a track record of distilling complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Fluent with generative AI tools - using them to create, personalize, and accelerate experiences, not just to draft.
• Strong business acumen and a solid grasp of enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and regional market dynamics.
• Skilled at project management and driving alignment across many stakeholders without direct authority.
