The Team:

The Senior Product Pricing Manager will be joining our Global Pricing Organization, reporting into our Head of Product Pricing. The team is responsible for structuring what we sell, how, and at what price - spanning pricing strategy, pricing analysis, and pricing operations. In addition we provide ad-hoc deal support regarding pricing structure. We are a leading technology business with a global customer base that continues to scale and expand. The breadth and depth of our solutions are evolving rapidly, and the pricing team plays a critical role in defining strategies that balance the short- and long-term success of the business.

The Role:

As a Senior Pricing Manager at Celonis you’ll build the pricing model for our products and solutions, working with GTM, Analytics, Engineering and Finance teams to develop and test our pricing strategies.

This position requires strong capabilities in both strategy (analytical prowess, data-driven thinking, creativity, strong business acumen) and execution (conviction and ownership, ability to convert insights into actions, focus on delivering results).

The successful candidate will be based out of our NYC office, working a hybrid schedule (with a minimum of 3 days/week on-site).

The work you’ll do:

• Drive highly visible projects for Celonis, working cross-functionally with leaders in GTM, Marketing, Product & Engineering, Finance and Operations to craft new business models, assess revenue and monetization opportunities, and optimize pricing & packaging for existing products and solutions.
• Lead external research initiatives to gather voice of the customer and market insights, in order to inform and drive recommendations, decisions and actions in Celonis pricing strategy, in alignment with our revenue, product adoption and margin goals.
• Leverage internal data and collaborate with GTM and Operational teams to deliver frictionless execution of the pricing strategy.
• Lead the rollout of pricing changes, both internally and externally, including the creation of pricing assets, enablement of operational and GTM teams, and CPQ/quoting tool configuration and updates.
• Contribute to win/loss and competitive analysis.

The qualifications you need:

• 3+ years of experience developing, delivering and implementing pricing strategies in the enterprise software industry (SaaS).
• Solid experience in data modeling and analyses, statistics, and causal inference. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency in translating business objectives into models that lead to actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of value-based pricing methodologies.
• Project management experience.
• Background in customer research and interview techniques
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for productivity and analysis tasks.
• Master in Economics or related degree subjects covering Marketing and Pricing, Statistics or similar.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.

$153,000—$185,000 USD
