This role will be serving as the development lead for upcoming iPaaS and Oracle integrations and implementations. The ideal candidate will help bridge the gap between complex business requirements, develop scalable integration solutions, and help lead the effort to implement robust automated data flows across internal platforms, ERP systems, and external trading partners.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field\n10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, ERP platforms, or EDI systems integration\nExperience as a developer within EDI middleware migration project\n8+ years as an EDI mapping developer\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP\nProficiency in modern scripting languages (such as Python or JavaScript) for custom data manipulation and process automation\n5+ years of experience with True Commerce/Foundry mapping\n10+ years of experience with end-to-end integration development Cleo CIC, Boomi or other iPaaS systems\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management.\nKnowledge of EDI standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, and SFTP\nExperience designing enterprise integration architectures\nStrong understanding of finance, supply chain, order management, and logistics processes\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\nResponsibilities\nHelp design, implement, and support end-to-end architecture solutions across ERP platforms and EDI integrations.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architecture.\nDesign, build, and maintain robust RESTful and SOAP APIs for real-time and batch processing between internal systems.\nEstablish coding standards for the integration team, conduct technical code reviews, and mentor junior developers on integration best practices\nCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including mapping specifications, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.\nServe as the primary technical advisor for ERP and EDI initiatives\nCollaborate with vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners\nEnd-to-end integration solutions across ERP platforms and EDI integrations\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architecture.\nERP Strategy & Implementation\nWork with third party system implementors to construct architectural design for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Oracle Fusion environments\nStrong background in Oracle database environments, Oracle ERP integration points, and large-scale enterprise data migrations.\nDefine ERP integration strategy with other enterprise systems such as CRM, WMS, TMS, eCommerce, and financial platforms.\nSupport ERP transformation initiatives including system upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.\nEnsure ERP architecture aligns with business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Financial Operations.\nEDI Integration & B2B Connectivity\nArchitect and help maintain EDI solutions and B2B integrations with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and financial institutions.\nDesign and develop integrations involving EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT and protocols including AS2, SFTP, and API-based integrations.\nLead design and support of integrations utilizing True Commerce EDI platform.\nEnsure accurate mapping between ERP data structures and EDI transactions.\nLead onboarding of new trading partners and ensure compliance with EDI transaction requirements.\nOversee EDI mapping, testing, monitoring, and error resolution processes.\nBenefits\nComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits\nLong- and short-term disability\nLife insurance\n10 Vacation days per year, subject to accrual policy\n11 Company paid holidays\n401(k) with Company match\nIdentity theft and legal services\nThe base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location.
