Join our team and redefine what it means to be energized.\nOperations analyst\nIn-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL\nPeople Management Responsibilities: No\nRole Type: Full-Time\nPosition Overview\nThe Operations Analyst will support data-driven decision-making across supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics. This role will translate operational questions into meaningful analysis, reporting, and process improvements that help the organization improve service, cost, efficiency, and execution.\nThe analyst will work closely with Production, Quality, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, IT, and the Data & Analytics Engineer to access, validate, analyze, and communicate enterprise data. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of supply-chain processes and the ability to clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders.\nRequirements\nDegree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in supply-chain analytics, operations analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related area.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and analytical modeling.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience creating reports or dashboards in Power BI or a similar business-intelligence platform.\nUnderstanding of supply-chain concepts, including planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, materials, and logistics.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to validate the accuracy and completeness of data.\nAbility to organize multiple priorities and deliver work on time.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to build effective relationships with business, technical, and cross-functional partners.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle MRP, or a similar enterprise resource-planning system.\nExperience with Snowflake, data warehouses, or cloud-based data platforms.\nExperience supporting consumer products, manufacturing, food and beverage, or other supply-chain-intensive businesses.\nFamiliarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or reporting-layer development.\nExperience with process improvement, automation, or statistical analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical tools supporting Production, Demand, Quality, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and other operational functions.\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics, and translate business needs into practical analytical solutions.\nUse SQL, Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to query, analyze, validate, and present operational data.\nCollaborate with the Data & Analytics Engineer to define data requirements, validate data quality, and improve reporting usability and efficiency.\nInvestigate data discrepancies and help establish consistent definitions, calculations, and reporting standards.\nCreate clear documentation for reports, metrics, processes, and analytical methodologies.\nSupport root-cause analysis and recommend actions to improve supply-chain performance.\nAutomate manual reporting and analytical processes where appropriate.\nPresent findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport special projects involving supply-chain optimization, process improvement, systems, and business performance.\nBenefits\nComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits\n Long- and short-term disability\n Life insurance\n 10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy\n 11 Company paid holidays\n 401(k) with Company match\n Identity theft and legal services\n The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed.
