POSITION OVERVIEW The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display advertising, Email, CRM and other performance-led channels.\nThe role focuses on driving revenue, bookings, event enquiries, lead generation and customer acquisition and data analysis across The Celtic Collection portfolio, including hotels, restaurants, spas, golf and business event venues. Working closely with the wider Marketing team, agency partners and commercial stakeholders, the Performance Marketing Executive will use data, analytics and customer insights to maximise return on investment, improve conversion rates and support business growth. This role will play a key part in developing The Celtic Collection's in-house digital marketing capability while ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, effectively and in line with business objectives.\nGENERAL Responsible for helping to maintain a customer-focused culture which support the values expressed in the Collection’s Purpose, Vision and Values and the Collection’s business goals of profitability and service quality. Establishes and maintain effective and positive relationships within the team as well as other departments. Complies with the Collection’s Health and safety, Hygiene policies as well as all other Collection policies and procedures.\nReport all situations that may present a danger to guests or staff immediately to the relevant people and take action to rectify the situation if possible. 5. To ensure that resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect our environment and to reduce costs. Delivery Responsible for delivering the ultimate in professional internal/external customer service with the standards expected and trained by the Department.\nResponsible for all stock and the care and control of all professional equipment within your working environment. Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation within your working environment in accordance with set standards. Participates in monthly audits and checks on all equipment to verify its location and ensure its full, safe operation.\nResponsible for escalating any complaints to the Department Manager immediately, providing full details. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management Plan, implement and optimise paid digital campaigns across: Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) LinkedIn Ads Programmatic and display platforms Remarketing channels Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROAS and ROI. Continuously test and optimise targeting, creative, audiences and bidding strategies.\nIdentify new acquisition opportunities and emerging advertising channels. Analytics Performance Reporting Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, bookings, enquiries and lead generation activity. Produce regular reports, dashboards and actionable performance insights, utilising our agency partners Track key KPIs including: Overall Revenue Revenue attributable to marketing ROAS CPA CPL Conversion Rate Website Engagement Brand performance metrics Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.\nThese reporting and insight responsibilities align closely with the Digital Marketing and Performance Executive role. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Support continuous optimisation of booking journeys and enquiry funnels. Identify website improvements that could increase conversion rates.\nImplement A/B testing and landing page enhancements. Work closely with website, development and UX teams to improve customer journeys. SEO Website Performance Support SEO strategy implementation, including technical SEO, content optimisation and keyword research.\nSupport with set up and management Support web content creation for the business where appropriate. Monitor website health and work with agencies or developers to resolve issues. Marketing Technology Tracking Maintain accurate campaign tracking and attribution alongside our agency partners Support management of: Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Looker Studio CRM integrations Marketing automation systems Ensure marketing reporting frameworks remain accurate and reliable.\nRelevant tracking, automation and reporting responsibilities are specifically referenced within the Collection's performance-focused marketing role. Commercial Strategic Support Support the development of annual marketing plans and campaign strategies. Support on setting up voucher promotions for the business via our bespoke platform, including strategic direction and reporting.\nProvide recommendations based on market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance. Work closely with yield team to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Training Responsible for attending all required training as scheduled.\nLeadership Maintains an understanding of the departmental objectives and contributes to a positive team environment, focussed on achieving the ultimate Department experience. Is present for all briefings and debriefs conducted by the Supervisor on duty. Team Building Responsible for contributing to team building sessions both within and outside the Collection.\nChecking Contributes to the gathering of information as directed by the Department Manager including customer feedback, staff feedback, financial performance and any other as required. Evaluation Contribute to compiling periodic reports based on the checking process.
