This includes driving adoption of the Supplier Portal, supporting the implementation of Moody’s risk and sustainability assessments, and fostering a closer, more collaborative relationship with our supplier network.\nChallenges for the Students\nGain a deep understanding of strategic procurement initiatives and their impact on the supplier experience.\n\nCollaborate with different areas (P&IT, Compliance, Sustainability, Supplier Support) on externally focused initiatives.\n\nManage supplier communications in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve supplier-company interactions and translate them into concrete communication or follow-up actions.\n\nMain Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out\nMonitor Supplier Portal usage, identifying friction points, generating insights, and proposing improvement actions.\n\nSupport the implementation of the risk and sustainability assessment platform (Moody’s), ensuring clear communication and guidance for suppliers.\n\nCollaborate on supplier communication campaigns (emails, visual materials, informational sessions, etc.).\n\nDevelop support materials and process documentation, including best practices and ongoing initiatives.\n\nAnalyze usage and participation data from business tools to generate actionable reports.\n\nParticipate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers, providing a user-centered perspective and proposing solutions.\n\nSpecific Requirements / Qualifications\nLanguages:Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written)\nInterest in supplier/customer relationships and user experience.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively in both Spanish and English (advanced level).\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to understand data and translate insights into communications or actions.\nProactive, self-driven, and collaborative attitude.\nPreferred: Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, Coupa, or similar digital
