Electrical jobs include maintenance and installation of equipment and machinery used in production and manufacturing. Must be able to make simple sketches, diagrams, drawings, etc.\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform electrical work and repairs on industrial/mining equipment \nRead and work from blueprints and drawings in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plant and quarry electric equipment with or without supervision\nInstall, adjust and maintain all electrical equipment, gauges and instruments\nTroubleshoot, evaluate and coordinate electrical needs, repairs and modifications \nEnsure that manufacturer’s standards of repair and maintenance are performed on all equipment\nRepair and troubleshoot circuits, wiring, motors, starters, controllers, generators, switchboards, dynamotors, etc.\nTake motors apart, rewind, clean, paint, lubricate, and assemble.\nMake point and brush replacements and adjust commutator and slip rings.\nPerform other job responsibilities as assigned by management\nQualifications\n5 years electrical maintenance experience\n3 years experience in aggregate, cement or heavy industrial operations preferred\nPower distribution experience or understanding up to 4,160 volts\nProgrammable logic control and digital drive experience\nHigh school graduate\nPrefer associates degree or equivalent in electrical maintenance experience\nAble to read, write, and speak English\nBilingual a plus\n5 years electrical maintenance experience\n3 years of experience in aggregate, cement or heavy industrial operations preferred\nPower distribution experience or understanding up to 4160 volts\nProgrammable logic control PLC and digital drive experience\nHigh school graduate. Prefer Associates Degree or equivalent in electrical maintenance experience.\nBe able to read, write and speak English\nBilingual a plus\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nComputer literate and able to use existing systems and grow into company networked program of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
