Join us and build your career with a company that is Building a Better Future.\nJob Summary\nFocuses on improving procurement processes and implementing an e-sourcing tools and automations across the country.\nJob Responsibilities\nStrategically enhance procurement processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier relationships.\nLead the implementation of a cutting-edge e-sourcing tool across all organizational levels within the country, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance procurement operations.\nConduct training sessions for procurement staff on the utilization of the e-sourcing tool to maximize its benefits.\nMonitor and report on the e-sourcing tool’s performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nDevelop and maintain documentation related to procurement processes and the e-sourcing tool to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.\nChampion change management initiatives related to the adoption of the e-sourcing tool, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the procurement function.\nQualifications\nFluent in English and Spanish\nAt least 5 years of experience of project management in an environment with strong operational metrics\nAt least 3 years of experience of Procurement processes\nAcademic Background: Graduated degree in Engineering, Finance, Civil Engineering, Systems or Administration.\nMaster’s degree is desirable.\nPC Programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel and ERP SAP.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nSkillful for systems adoption and usage\nReporting skills\nMasters’ processes, support systems, administrative tools, and ERP platforms\nKnowledge in procurement processes\nCustomer service oriented\nTeam player / builder.
