Review a limited number of new residential CP loans for closing approval.\n2. Order and review residential construction inspection reports.\n3. Submit documentation for construction draw approval.\n4. Review Builder applications and other related documents.\n5. Submit builder packages for approval.\n6. Update logs as needed with current information on completion, insurance and Notice of Commencement.\n7. Submit invoices for payments.\n8. Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.\n9. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.\n10. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nEDUCATION\nKnowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college.\nGENERAL EXPERIENCE\n2 years related experience and/or training.\nCOMMUNICATION SKILLS\nAbility to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nCRITICAL THINKING SKILLS\nAbility to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.\nSOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED\nIntermediate: 10-Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet,Word Processing/Typing\nBasic: Accounting, Contact Management, Payroll Systems\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nPeriodically exposed to such elements as noise, intermittent standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting; but none are present to the extent of being disagreeable.\nPHYSICAL ACTIVITIES\nThe following physical activities described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
