Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nResponsibilities:\nPrepares routine journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transaction records accurately within established accounting standards, timelines, and approval procedures.\nReconciles assigned account balances, bank statements, and subsidiary ledgers, investigating basic discrepancies and flagging unresolved variances to senior accountants for resolution.\nCompiles financial data, account activity details, and supporting documentation into structured inputs that advance senior team reporting, analysis, and period-close activities.\nCoordinates routine follow-up with internal stakeholders on transaction approvals, account documentation requests, and financial data confirmations within established service and compliance standards.\nSupports period-close activities by completing assigned reconciliations, accrual preparations, and reporting tasks accurately and within defined close calendar timelines.\nApplies established accounting controls, data quality standards, and documentation requirements to assigned activities, confirming outputs satisfy financial reporting and audit obligations.\nEducational Background:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\nLess than 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting support, or a related field required.\nCertificates:\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent certification preferred.\nSkills and Knowledge:\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.\nKnowledge of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and SAP Disputes.\nDemonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly, problem-solve, and escalate appropriately.\nKnowledge of general accounting principles.\nFamiliarity with credit and collections operations procedures, including accounts receivable (A/R) reconciliation.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nStrong reconciliation skills.\nStrong mathematical and analytical skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nKnowledge of Microsoft programs with extensive Microsoft Excel proficiency.\nSalary Ranges:\n2135 - 3051 EUR gross monthly\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
