Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nThis is an Accountant position that requires the incumbent to perform a variety of accounting activities related to the payment and receipt of money, general ledger and reporting; computes, classifies, and records transactions into the Company’s financial accounting systems. Provide supervision and guidance to the finance assistants according to the finance policies, systems and processes in place.\nResponsibilities:\nPrimary\nRecords, classifies and summarises accounting transactions.\nComplies various documents, verifies their accuracy with established procedures.\nAssembles documents for computer input, verifying accuracy of itemized charges, account numbers, and total costs.\nSelect correct accounts; posts, verifies, and balances debits & credits entries.\nPerforms arithmetic calculations\nMaintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating & purging.\nResponds to inquires, checks accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies.\nWeekly and monthly reports.\nPrepare monthly management reports and schedules.\nAny other duties assigned\nSecondary\nKeep abreast of latest Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).\nMaintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and General Ledger functions through the Company’s accounting software, MYOB.\nSupervise Monthly Financials Closing.\nPrepare Monthly Financials Reports and Balance Sheet Schedules.\nPrepare Monthly Cash Balance Report and Cash Flow Forecast.\nPrepare Monthly Revenue Estimates.\nMaintain Approved Vendor’s Listing.\nEducational Background:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting support, or a related field required.\nSkills:\nMandatory\nMinimum B2 level in English\nKeep calm in pressure situations\nAttention to detail\nSolution oriented\nMulti tasking\nPractical thinking\nProblem solver\nPreferred\nProficient keyboard skills\n3 years financial experience\nGood command of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook\nKey Attributes:\nMeticulous\nTeam player\nReliability\nGood communication\nDecision making\nLiteracy and numeracy\nGood administrative\nTime management\nInitiative\nSalary Ranges:\n2135 - 3051 EUR gross monthly\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
