Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nReporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will have complete various accounting activities.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide data entry, accounting and general support for regional NCEE Shared Service Centre operations;\n\nPost, verify, and balance debits & credits on entries on SAP; verify accuracy of accounting journals and relevant documents per established procedures;\n\nRespond to inquiries, check accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies;\n\nParticipate and lead new task transitions to NCEE Shared Service Centre\n\nPerform month-end close activities, including the calculation and posting of accruals and prepayments. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.\n\nHandle CapEx accounting, including fixed assets and leases, through journal entries, capitalization, and compliance with standards\n\nExecute and coordinate assigned project work;\n\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with relevant colleagues across the region.\n\nAd hoc support to wider team with AP invoice entry, automated bank payments, and posting manual bank entries to SAP, supporting on more complex cases.\n\nEducation:\n3-5years of directly related experience, preferably in a shared service centre environment for a multinational company.\n\nEducation related to accounting or financial management.\n\nWork Experience:\nFinance team leading experience a strong advantage;\n\nFluency in English is a must;\n\nExperience with SAP system and advanced user of MS Excel;\n\nSolid time management and organizational skills\n\nMust be able to work independently with minimum supervision\n\nStrong accuracy and attention to detail\n\nAbility to develop and optimize the working processes\n\nExcellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills\n\nExcellent problem solver, customer care attitude and dedication to continuous improvement\n\nSkills and Knowledge:\nAccounting and bookkeeping knowledge and minimum 3 year of relevant experience;\n\nEducation related to accounting or financial management or a related field;\n\nFluent in English;\n\nStrong basic skills of working with MS Excel;\n\nBe able to work accurately, efficiently & meet tight deadlines;\n\nProblem solver, flexibly embracing change and with a customer care attitude.\n\nExperience of working with accounting packages, SAP experience an advantage;\n\nSalary Ranges:\n2566 - 3665 EUR gross monthly\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
