Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nResponsibilities:\nPrepares journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain accurate financial records.\n\nAssists with the preparation of complex financial statements and management reports in accordance with organizational standards.\n\nEnsures compliance with established internal controls and accounting policies.\n\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data for standard reporting and analysis.\n\nIdentifies opportunities to streamline accounting processes and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency.\n\nSupports audit processes independently by providing requested documentation and responding to inquiries.\n\nMaintains confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial information at all times.\n\nEducational Background:\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\n\nWork Experience:\n2+ years of experience in billing, complex transactions, general accounting, data management systems, or a related field required.\n\nCertifications:\nCertification as a Certified Bookkeeper (CB), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent preferred.\n\nSkills and Knowledge:\nWorking knowledge of credit and collection procedures.\n\nWorking knowledge of company distribution and customer service functional areas.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.\n\nStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.\n\nStrong mathematical and analytical skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nStrong typing and data entry skills.\n\nKnowledge of accounting principles and practices.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\n\nExperience with ERP systems such as Sage and SAP.\n\nStrong business partnering skills.\n\nUnderstanding of patient support programs is a plus.\n\nExperience with complex accounting matters is preferred.\n\nSalary Ranges:\n2566 - 3556 EUR gross monthly\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
