Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nResponsibilities:\nSupports standard and selected non-routine accounts payable tasks, including reconciliations, transaction support, payments processing, and close-related activities, in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.\nCoordinates a personal work queue by prioritizing, resequencing, and completing assignments to meet daily service-level, quality, and throughput targets with minimal supervision.\nMonitors accounting data, supporting documentation, and system outputs to identify discrepancies, validate totals, and maintain accurate and audit-ready records.\nConducts routine follow-up with internal partners and approved external contacts to obtain missing information, clarify documentation requirements, and support accurate handoffs.\nEnsures compliance with accounting policies, documentation standards, internal controls, and established escalation procedures across assigned work.\nCoordinates resolution of routine to moderately complex issues by applying defined procedures, documenting actions taken, and routing unresolved matters with supporting evidence.\nDrives incremental improvements to job aids, templates, and local work practices that improve accuracy, consistency, and processing efficiency within the team’s scope.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience:\n2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, reconciliations, close support, or a related field preferred.\nCertification in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support preferred.\nSalary Ranges:\n2200 - 2700 EUR gross monthly\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
