Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nResponsibilities:\nPerforms daily accounts payable activities such as maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports.\n\nResponsible for completing all tasks following standard operating procedures as required.\n\nMakes calls to vendors to clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or signatures; calls intercompany department for proper information or data regarding invoice payments as needed.\n\nFacilitates the payment process by ensuring all required documentation is accompanied with the payment request.\n\nTakes phone calls and responds to any questions from departments or vendors as it relates to invoice payments.\n\nMaintains frequent contact with internal and external customers to address any payment issues.\n\nAssist with reporting on Key Performance Indicators for Senior Leadership presentations.\n\nMay assist other team members Accounts Payable Lead Team in departmental initiatives.\n\nWork Experience:\n2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, reconciliations, close support, or a related field required.\n\nCertification in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support preferred.\n\nSkills and Knowledge:\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing\n\nKnowledge of general accounting principles\n\nStrong interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to meet deadlines\n\nStrong mathematical and analytical skills\n\nStrong organizational skills; attention to detail\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nSalary Ranges:\n2,135.94 - 3,051.37 EUR gross monthly\n#LI- Hybrid\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
