Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nThe Adobe Workfront Application Owner is responsible for the strategic ownership, governance, administration and oversight of the Adobe Workfront platform as well as license management for Adobe Creative Cloud platform. This role ensures that the Workfront is aligned with business objectives, supports operational excellence, and delivers value across teams. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and project management, to ensure the platform meets organizational needs.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as the primary owner of the Adobe Workfront platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and priorities.\n\nDefine and maintain the application strategy, roadmap, and vision in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.\n\nEvaluate and recommend new features, integrations, and enhancements to improve platform effectiveness.\n\nServe as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and Adobe support to address platform needs and challenges.\n\nServe as the primary administrator for the Adobe Workfront platform, including Workfront Fusion\n\nManage Workfront integrations e.g. Integrating with Adobe Creative cloud plugins and more.\n\nConfigure and maintain system settings, user permissions, project templates, workflows, and custom fields.\n\nOversee user account creation, updates, deactivation, and application deployment processes\n\nPerform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards, Information security standards, and regulatory requirements\n\nCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom views to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams\n\nProvide day-to-day support for Workfront users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system errors.\n\nDevelop and deliver training materials, documentation, and workshops to onboard new users and enhance adoption.\n\nAct as a liaison between end-users and Adobe support for escalated issues.\n\nStay updated on Adobe Workfront's latest features, releases, and best practices.\n\nPlan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts in collaboration with IT and stakeholders.\n\nDraft and distribute notifications to end-users regarding system bugs or product/process updates.\n\nManage the budget and licensing renewals processes for Adobe Workfront as well as for Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business needs. Consolidation of Adobe products licenses into Adobe enterprise console in order to streamline system management and reduce redundancy.\n\nAct as the primary contact for vendor relationships, including Adobe and third-party partners (if applicable).\n\nEvaluate vendor performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.\n\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).\n\nWork Experience:\n2+ years of experience administering Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.\n\nProficiency in configuring and managing Workfront features such as templates, reports, dashboards, and workflows.\n\nProficiency in Adobe Fusion skills: Ability to build Fusion scenarios and work with APIs/JSON. (building end-to-end automations using modules, routers, filters, aggregators, iterators).\n\nScripting/programming experience (JavaScript/Python) is a plus for advanced integrations.\n\nSkills and Knowledge:\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively, as needed.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience with information security practices and reviews for the Adobe Workfront\n\nAdobe Certified Professional - Workfront Core Certification is a plus.\n\nExperience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe enterprise systems is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and its integration with Workfront.\n\nExperience with enterprise software consolidation and onboarding processes\n\nExperience in change management (ServiceNow) and user adoption strategies.\n\nSalary: 3,819.51 - 5,456.44 eur gross/month\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
