Apply today!\nJob Details\nRole Overview\nThe Agile Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training experiences that guide teams and leaders through Agile transformation within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This role blends practical Agile expertise with instructional excellence to improve organizational flow, predictability, and outcomes across programs and portfolios.\nKey Responsibilities\n Design and facilitate engaging Agile-aligned training sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements for teams, Scrum Masters, Product Management, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and senior leaders\nNavigate teams and leaders through Agile implementation, covering structure, roles, principles, and practices to drive measurable improvements in delivery flow and business outcomes\nDeliver all SAFe certification courses. That align to the given transformation requirements.\nAssess team and organizational Agile maturity and develop tailored learning paths to accelerate adoption\n Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches, PI Planning events, and continuous improvement initiatives\nPartner with RTEs, Agile Coaches, and leadership to align training strategy with Transformation execution goals\nDevelop and maintain training content, including presentations, job aids, simulations, and e-learning modules grounded in the latest SAFe guidance grounded in Agile techniques.\nMeasure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics tied to flow, quality, and predictability\nThis job profile description is a standardized, non-contractual reference description and global reference tool provided for organizational consistency and talent architecture purposes across Cencora. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.\nRequired Qualifications\n Active SAFe Certification(s)SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)\n\n 3+ years of hands-on Agile work experience in a practitioner role (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, or RTE) within a SAFe or scaled Agile environment\n2+ years of experience delivering Agile or SAFe training to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nDemonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and facilitate change at the team, program, and portfolio levels\nStrong understanding of SAFe principles and practices, including PI Planning, ART execution, Lean-Agile mindset, and DevSecOps integration .\nDemonstrating the ability to ‘Coach in the moment’ during trainings on Agile best practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting large-scale SAFe transformations across multiple Agile Release Trains\nFamiliarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps\nBackground in adult learning principles, instructional design, or facilitation methodologies\nExposure to Lean portfolio management and value stream mapping\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
