Apply today!\nJob Details\nWhat role will you play?\nWe are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Group Finance team. In this role, you will support global financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities, helping stakeholders make data-driven business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare and maintain monthly management reporting packages, including KPI reporting, variance analysis, and plan versus actual comparisons.\nPerform monthly actual-to-budget and actual-to-forecast analyses, identifying key business drivers and trends.\nSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including data uploads, reconciliations, and review of financial assumptions.\nEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial data during month-end close activities and resolve data discrepancies.\nDevelop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions.\nExtract, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets to support business and finance requirements.\nBuild and maintain financial models to support planning, reporting, and business analysis activities.\nCollaborate with finance and operational teams across multiple countries and time zones.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes.\nRespond to ad hoc financial analyses, management requests, and business inquiries.\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Financial Reporting, Business Finance, or similar analytical finance roles.\nExperience working within a multinational or shared services environment is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.\nWorking knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Hyperion, or similar platforms is an advantage.\nGood understanding of profit and loss statements and financial performance indicators.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement mentality.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting global or regional finance teams.\nExposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.\nKnowledge of financial systems, reporting automation, and data visualization best practices.\nProgress toward professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA is a plus.\n.\nBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.2+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial modeling, management reporting, or a related field required.\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent certification preferred.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of general accounting principles.\nStrong attention to detail, with a high standard for accuracy.\nExcellent organizational and analytical skills.\nProven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
