The role involves not only technical support but also deep involvement in the roadmap of software applications, anticipating future needs and innovations within the organization. The SME acts as a technical product owner, ensuring that nothing is developed without the necessary coordination. They are also responsible for knowledge sharing and documentation, ensuring that all applications comply with security, privacy, and sustainability regulations.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Collaboration with StakeholdersWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.\nAlign with business stakeholders on short-term as well as long-term priorities and focus areas and collaborate with IT colleagues over these plans\nCollaborate with IT colleagues, both locally and internationally, to develop project plans for delivering requested functionalities.\nEnsure stakeholders follow IT processes and escalate issues when necessary.\nCommunicate timely and clearly with stakeholders through relevant channels (Office 365, ITSM tools, Jira, Keyedin, etc.).\n\nConfiguration of Software ApplicationsConfigure software applications based on user requirements, focusing on process, security, privacy, future-proofing, and reusability.\nDesign and implement solutions based on standards and uniform practices within Cencora.\n\nTechnical SupportSupport users and the management organization with issues, questions, and bottlenecks. Resolve incidents and document solutions.\nIdentify areas for system improvement and advise on necessary adjustments and upgrades.\nImplement a proactive testing policy, conduct system and integration tests, and support user acceptance testing.\n\n Project ManagementManage small projects related to the implementation or improvement of software applications, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks and milestones.\nEnsure the delivery of changes, including validation by process owners.\nAlign business and IT efforts, making stakeholders aware of their responsibilities and the importance of their actions in the project lifecycle.\nEnsure that delivery of changes encompasses not only technical implementation but also related aspects such as documentation, operational planning, and adherence to Cencora's standard project steps eg. (financial) estimations, documentation and PTR (Plan to Run activities).\n\nOptimization of Business ProcessesAdvise management on desired and possible changes within the focus areas, analyze situations, and propose solutions.\nLead or participate in IT projects, providing expert insights and advice on project setup and execution.\nContribute expertise to renewal and implementation projects within the organization.\n\nKey Competencies:\nAnalytical SkillsDistinguish between main and side issues and get to the core of problems.
