Apply today!\nJob Details\nAccounts Receivables / Billing\n\nOwns pricing and invoicing, invoice generation, ensure invoices sent to clients on time\nComplete the domestic & international shipment pricing on a daily basis in accordance with the quotation\nLiaise and communicate with Operation and CS so to ensure all information and charges are correct and complete for billing\nGathers and maintains required information / paperwork for special rates / routings / packaging / discounts for billing\nCommunicate with the team within APAC and the other offices within World Courier Network\nPrepares adjustments (voids / credit memos) when necessary and ensuring the adjustments are prepared in accordance with the relevant policies and approval\nReconcile Nova TMS and SAP customer billing\nPrepare mail out a hard and soft copy of invoices to customers as per customer requests, manage variety of requests on distribution of invoices\nCreate and update sap customer account getting necessary information and document\nPosting Collections Receipts from customers in SAP\nFollow up closely with customer on outstanding invoices and providing updates on payment status\nHandle enquiry and dispute from customer on invoices\nResolve payment related issues, escalate & follow up Manager if necessary\nSupport on 3PL billing & related matters\nAccounts Payables\nEnsure all vendor invoices is captured in the system on a timely and accurate basis with correct plant code & cost center\nRun payment for monthly vendors, credit card company and ensure key suppliers to the business is paid on time\nCheck the bank for any direct debits and ensure this is booked in SAP system\nAnswer and follow up all Account Payable or vendors related queries timely.\nMonitor creditors’ sub-ledger/ ledger to ensure this is always reconciled, checking of vendor SOA.\nAssist in any other related AP matters like accruals booking, VAT Recon when needed.\nEnsure adherences to World Courier guidelines on DPO/DSO\nOthers\nSupport tasks related to Regional Finance when needed\nSupport in providing training to new associates joining the team\nPerforms related duties as assigned\n.\nExperience:\n0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Billing.\nManage pricing and invoicing activities.\nGenerate and send invoices to clients on time.\nComplete domestic and international shipment pricing daily as per quotations.\nReconcile customer billing between Nova TMS and SAP.\nPost customer collection receipts in SAP.\nEnsure timely and accurate recording of vendor invoices with the correct plant code and cost center.\nProcess monthly vendor and credit card payments.\nEnsure key suppliers are paid on time.\nChinese-speaking candidates are preferred.\nQualification:\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent certification preferred.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
