Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nWe are looking for AR Clerk to join dynamic team in GFSS in Vilnius.\nResponsibilities:\nRaise Client Recharge invoices\n\nLiaise with Customers, Clients, Credit Controllers and Client Managers with regard to queries on Recharge accounts\n\nMaintain and reconcile customer Retro accounts\n\nReconcile daily invoice run\n\nRaise Returns pre-advices for non-collected returns for Amazon\n\nEnsure Finance Admin email box is managed on a daily basis\n\nAssist in raising pro-forma invoices for any customer that has a Zero credit rating\n\nSupport and cover team members role and accounts due to absence\n\nEnsure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions\n\nTo carry out any reasonable request as determined by Management\n\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\n2+ years of experience in cash application, accounting, or a related field required.\nSkills and Knowledge:\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.\n\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.\n\nStrong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to make effective decisions and implement audit-ready processes.\n\nUnderstanding of Contracts and Chargebacks is preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of payroll processing software such as ADP is a plus.\n\nAdept at handling sensitive and confidential situations.\n\nKnowledge of general accounting and banking principles.\n\nGeneral knowledge of the accounts receivable and cash application process.\n\nProficiency in 10-key data entry.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\n\nSalary Range Gross Per Month:\n1779,96 - 2542.81 EUR\n#LI- Hybrid\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
