Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.\nPerforms inbound, storage, picking, packing, staging, and outbound activities in accordance with operating requirements.\nValidates inventory transactions, stock counts, and material movements to sustain traceability and inventory accuracy.\nOrganizes storage locations, stock rotation, and replenishment activities to improve accessibility and flow efficiency.\nHandles packaging preparation, conditioned materials, labeling, and shipment support tasks to meet transport requirements.\nResolves routine operational exceptions involving stock discrepancies, shortages, and order issues through timely follow-up.\nOperates warehouse systems, scanning tools, and approved equipment to support safe and controlled execution.\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.\nCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.\nKnowledge in reading and interpreting product descriptions, names, and shelf labels.\nKnowledge in basic mathematics.\nAbility to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.\nAbility to organize work with attention to detail.\nKnowledge in distribution center workflow.\nAbility to work with minimal guidance.\nAbility to apply judgment when following detailed instructions.\nKnowledge in basic computer operations.\nAbility to communicate effectively.\nAbility to solve routine operational problems.\nAbility to operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks, picker machines, pallet jacks, and forklifts.\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
