Welkom bij SPITS Alkmaar

Bij SPITS Alkmaar produceren we de MediRol. De MediRol bestaat uit zakjes medicijnen die zijn ingepakt per inname moment. Deze zakjes vormen samen een rol met medicatie voor een bepaalde tijd (bijvoorbeeld 1 week); de Medirol De MediRol wordt gebruikt door patiënten thuis, in zorginstellingen en in gevangenissen.

Met zo’n 180 verantwoordelijke medewerkers verzorgen we de medicatie voor ruim 200 apotheken en zorginstellingen. We zijn gevestigd in een modern gebouw aan de Diamantweg te Alkmaar. Het bedrijfspand beschikt tevens over een bedrijfsrestaurant waar je overheerlijk kunt lunchen en/of dineren en een modern vormgegeven gym, waar elke collega gratis gebruik van kan maken.

SPITS heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel, hierdoor werken we met strikte regels en procedures die we naleven om de betrouwbaarheid hoog te houden. Wij zijn gecertificeerd volgens de meest recente ISO-norm.

Een betekenisvolle baan als farmaceutisch productiemedewerker

Als Medewerker Farmaceutische productie ben je werkzaam op de productieafdeling, onder leiding van een groep teamleiders en een Manager Productie. Op de productieafdeling voer je verschillende taken uit volgens vaste regels en procedures, deze zijn erg belangrijk om de kwaliteit van de MediRollen te waarborgen.

Bij indiensttreding word je eerst intern opgeleid. Middels deze interne opleiding word je voor verschillende taken binnen het productieproces gekwalificeerd. Zo ben je breed inzetbaar en blijft het werk variërend!

Taken binnen het productieproces:

• Machineoperator;
• inboeken en voorraadbewerking;
• verpakken van de MediRollen;
• controleren en corrigeren.

Welke kwaliteiten neem je met je mee

Je hebt net als ons kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Het is een verantwoordelijke productiefunctie, waarin je betekenisvol werk verricht voor onze patiënten. Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook graag in een team om gezamenlijk de deadlines te halen. Hierdoor verwachten we dat je lekker flexibel bent.

Ben je 18+, heb je een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, spreek en schrijf je goed tot uitstekend Nederlands en heb je geen studie plannen het komende jaar? Solliciteer dan naar deze functie!

Functie eisen:

• Minimaal 20 uur in de week beschikbaar;
• minimaal 18 jaar
• goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
• flexibel (geen 9-5 mentaliteit), minimaal 2 avonden in de week beschikbaar en 2 zaterdagen per maand;
• kwaliteitsgericht;
• hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;

Werktijden

Maandag t/m vrijdag zijn wij geopend van 08:00 uur ‘s ochtends tot 21:30 ’s avonds.

Op de zaterdag van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur. We werken in vaste roosterblokken.

Tijdens een telefonische intake wordt de beschikbaarheid met jou besproken.

Let op beschikbaarheid: minimaal 2 avonden in de week en 2 zaterdagen per maand. (dit wordt ook in overleg besproken)

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.

Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.

Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.

Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.

Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.

Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.

Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.

Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.

Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
