Apply today!\nJob Details\nAutomation Test Engineer\nC# | Playwright | API | AI-assisted testing\nWe are hiring an Automation Test Engineer to join an Agile sprint team and take ownership of testing activities for assigned features.\nThis is a hybrid role combining hands-on sprint testing with automation development. Your first priority will be to ensure that sprint work is properly tested. Once essential testing activities are complete, you will work with our Test Automation team to expand automated coverage and improve our existing framework.\nWhat you will do\nReview requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria\nDesign and execute manual and automated test cases\nPerform functional, API, end-to-end, integration, database, regression and UAT testing\nSupport performance and other non-functional testing where required\nRaise, investigate and retest defects in Jira\nPrepare reliable test data and maintain requirement-to-test traceability\nCollaborate with developers, product owner and other sprint team members\nDevelop and maintain automated tests using C# and Playwright\nUse our existing automation framework and contribute to new solutions and improvements\nSupport CI/CD test execution and investigate failed automated tests\nUse GitHub Copilot and approved AI agents to support test design, coding, maintenance and troubleshooting\nParticipate in formal validation activities and prepare complete, reviewable test evidence\n.\nWhat we are looking for\nAt least 3 years of practical software testing experience\nExperience with both manual testing and test automation\nHands-on experience with C# and .NET\nExperience with Playwright or another modern browser automation tool\nKnowledge of API, end-to-end and database testing\nExperience working in an Agile sprint team\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira and Browser Developer Tools\nUnderstanding of object-oriented programming and maintainable coding practices\nAbility to organise your own work, take ownership and communicate risks clearly\nGood problem-solving and debugging skills\nGood written and spoken English\nNice to have\nExperience with performance testing\nExperience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted engineering tools\nExperience improving automation frameworks\nISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent practical knowledge\nExperience in a regulated environment\nFamiliarity with GxP, GCP, GDPR, formal validation or audit-ready test evidence\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
