Apply today!\nJob Details\nSummary:\nUnder the supervision of the Depot Manager and/or Clinical Team leader and/or a Depot Pharmacist, ensures the quality and integrity of all the processes related to stored material: reception, storage, shipment, return and/or destruction, according to Standard Operating Procedures or any other required standard.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure World Courier compliance with all government legislative and local health requirements.\n\nMaintain and assure compliance with applicable International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Clinical Practice, Good Distribution Practice, local regulatory and legal requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines (or any other so required).\n\nComply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures, which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities, from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/ delivery of the products to the sites.\n\nTo manage the change of product status following both physically and systematically client instructions and within the scope of applicable Internal Guidelines.\n\nPerform the quality check on a relabeling process in the absence of a Local Quality Representative and/or when it has been appointed for this function by the Quality Department, if in accordance with local regulations.\n\nHave deep knowledge of all the protocols stored at World Courier Depot in order to provide instructions to all the Depot Staff.\n\nVerify and organize all the documentation received, shipment arrival conditions, storage and all extra documentation related to Product received at the Depot.\n\nAct as Deputy Depot Pharmacist whenever required, supporting depot operational activities, as applicable, based on local legislation.\n\nPerform periodic Depot Self-Inspections as required, to assure everything at the Facility is working as established in World Courier Standard Operating Procedures.\n\nIdentify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.\n\nPerform any other duties the employee has been trained for.\n\nReports Directly To:\nDepot Pharmacist/Depot Manager\n.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.\n\nExperience:\n2+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, outpatient pharmacy, dispensing operations, medication review, or a related field required.\n\nCertification in pharmacy licensure, registration, or authorization to practice in the applicable jurisdiction where legally required, or equivalent preferred.\n\nRequires experience and/or educational requirements to be in line with local regulations for the Country the position is in.\n\nEntry level position. Preferable for candidate to have some work experience as a pharmacist.\n\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:\nExcellent interpersonal relationships.\n\nBe able to take initiatives and solve problems.\n\nSelf driven and can work autonomously.\n\nSound computer skills.\n\nAn understanding of Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirements.\n\nSound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nSound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.\n\nSound written and verbal communication skills with a full command of English.\n\nProblems solving skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.\n\nA calm and customer focused approach.\n\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
