Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nThe Billing Specialist is responsible for managing pricing and billing activities for customers within an assigned group of countries. The role ensures invoices are accurate, sent on time, and aligned with customer agreements and company requirements. The Billing Specialist also maintains pricing records and supports the resolution of billing-related issues.\nResponsibilities:\nManage pricing, invoice creation, and invoice distribution for assigned countries.\nReview service-related costs to ensure accurate and timely billing.\nMaintain customer billing information, rates, discounts, and billing instructions.\nWork closely with Sales and Operations teams to keep pricing and billing data up to date.\nCreate and maintain contract and pricing records in company systems.\nProcess approved pricing and contract changes, including amendments and rate updates.\nReview pricing requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.\nProcess billing adjustments such as credits and invoice corrections when needed.\nInvestigate and help resolve billing disputes, invoice issues, and pricing discrepancies.\nReconcile pricing and contract information to ensure billing accuracy.\nPrepare billing reports and maintain supporting documentation and audit records.\nCollaborate with colleagues and global offices to support billing operations and resolve issues.\nEducational Background:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nWork Experience\n1-3 years of experience in an international business environment, preferably in billing, accounting, customer service, business administration, or a related field.\nExperience in the logistics, transportation, or healthcare industry is an advantage.\nPrevious experience in Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting is preferred.\nSkills and Knowledge\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong English verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work independently and take initiative.\nBasic knowledge of global geography is an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.\nExperience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.\nWorking hours:\nMonday-Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (1 hour of lunch included)\nSalary Ranges:\n1991-2543 EUR gross monthly\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
