Apply today!\nJob Details\nSummary:\nAs part of Cencora's Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform modernization initiative, this intern will support the redesign of current products and design iterative enhancement features for both internal and customer-facing tools for the InSite Data Solutions Team. The role contributes directly to the platform's move toward continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) and a scalable, self-service solution delivery framework that provides greater business value to internal teams and customers alike.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Analysis:\nCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data to generate actionable insights.\nDashboard & Product Development: \nDesign and build dashboards for internal and customer-facing product builds using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Contribute to the redesign of existing products and the development of iterative enhancement features as part of the team's modernization initiative.\nPerformance Tracking: \nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for different business units or projects. Provide regular updates on performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or optimization.\nData-driven Decision Making:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide support in making data-driven decisions. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.\nPlatform Modernization Support :\nSupport the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform modernization effort by contributing to a scalable, self-service solution delivery framework and helping advance the team's continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.\nAd Hoc Analysis:\nConduct ad hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders or team members. Assist in answering specific business questions through data mining, modeling, or other analytical techniques.\nDocumentation:\nDocument processes, methodologies, and findings related to data analysis projects. Ensure that documentation is organized, accurate, and accessible for future reference.\nQualifications:\nCurrently enrolled in undergraduate school and pursuing a bachelor's of Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with an ability to work with large datasets.\nProficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.\nExperience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with SQL for querying databases is advantageous.\nInterest in or exposure to dashboard and product design principles, including user experience (UX) considerations for customer-facing tools, is a plus.\nExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.\nPrior internship experience or coursework related to analytics is beneficial but not required.\nEligibility Requirements:\nMust be eligible to work in the US.\nWe do not offer sponsorship to interns.\nMust be a rising Junior or Senior.\nGPA of 3.0 or higher.\nMust be pursuing a bachelor's degree\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
