Apply today!\nJob Details\nPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visual analytics solutions that provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights to business stakeholders.\nBuild, enhance, and support modern data transformation and reporting solutions using Databricks, SQL, and enterprise BI tools.\nUnderstanding or experience of developing, optimizing, and maintaining SSIS ETL workflows to support the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple internal and external systems.\nCreate and manage robust data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets that enable scalable analytics, self-service reporting, and trusted decision-making.\nWork directly with internal and external clients to gather and clarify business requirements, identify reporting needs, and translate those needs into effective technical solutions.\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Networks, Web/Application Development, Data Engineering, and other IT teams to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.\nEstablish and support standardized methods for extracting, integrating, and structuring data from a variety of enterprise and operational data sources.\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, risks, and performance opportunities, and present findings in a concise, business-relevant format.\nDevelop dataset to support models for AI enablement\nApply knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including pharmacy services operations where applicable, to ensure reporting solutions are meaningful, relevant, and aligned to business realities.\nDevelop reporting solutions in support of business performance management, customer reporting, operational analytics, and strategic initiatives.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, integrity, and governance across BI environments by applying best practices in reporting design, documentation, and validation.\nProduce and maintain clear functional and technical documentation, including report logic, data definitions, ETL processes, and solution specifications.\nDeliver training, support, and knowledge transfer to end users to increase adoption, understanding, and effective use of BI tools and reporting assets.\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner who can explain technical concepts and data insights in a clear and practical way.\nContribute to continuous improvement of BI standards, development processes, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities.\nSupport additional duties and special projects as assigned, including occasional travel up to 5%.\nMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n7 to 10 years of directly related experience in business intelligence, business analytics, reporting, or data development roles.\nStrong hands-on 5+ years' experience with Databricks -
