Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.\nThe CGT Solution Delivery Manager will be supporting the design, development, and operational delivery of Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) solutions for pan-European clients across 3PL business. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this role serves as a critical resource in coordinating CGT-related activities across in-country teams, external partners, and other Cencora business units - supporting both the development phase and ongoing operational delivery of CGT services.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the design and development of CGT ( Cell & Gene Therapy) service propositions for pan-European clients, ensuring alignment with Cencora's strategic objectives in advanced therapies\n\nAssist in the creation of solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models specific to CGT logistics and distribution requirements\n\nCoordinate with in-country teams to assess local readiness, regulatory requirements, and operational feasibility for CGT solution delivery\n\nSupport the pricing for solutions offered to CGT clients\n\nAct as a coordination point between in-country operations teams, quality and compliance functions, and external partners to support CGT solution delivery across European markets\n\nSupport the identification and management of third-party partnerships across geographies where Cencora does not have direct CGT operational capabilities, ensuring service quality and contractual alignment\n\nCollaborate with adjacent Cencora business units to leverage existing infrastructure and expertise in CGT solution design\n\nAssist in negotiating partnership terms and service-level agreements with external CGT service providers in conjunction with commercial and legal teams\n\nWork with implementation managers to support the onboarding of new CGT clients\n\nAssist in the development and maintenance of CGT-specific implementation playbooks, standard operating procedures, and quality documentation\n\nSupport the Business Development team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and workshops to articulate Cencora's CGT capabilities and solution offerings\n\nPrepare materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and internal reviews related to CGT programme delivery\n\nContribute to market intelligence efforts by monitoring trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the European CGT landscape\n\nRequirements:\nEssential\n5-7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with exposure to advanced therapies, clinical trials, or specialty pharma\n\nBachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required\n\n4+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field required\n\nUnderstanding of CGT or advanced therapy logistics, including cold chain, cryogenic handling, and time-critical distribution requirements\n\nStrong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different countries and stakeholders\n\nSolid analytical skills with experience supporting business cases, financial models, or solution development processes\n\nExcellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders\n\nFluent in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\n\nDesirable\nDirect experience working with Cell & Gene Therapy products, ATMPs, or clinical trial logistics\n\nKnowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and ATMP-specific regulatory requirements across European jurisdictions\n\nCertifications in sales or account management, CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred\n\nExperience with third-party partnership management or outsourced service coordination in a pharmaceutical context\n\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheet)\n\nExperience working within a matrix organisation, collaborating across country and functional lines without direct authority\n\nDutch language - nice to have\n\n.\nAdditional Job Description:\nThe preferred location for this role is Veghel, Netherlands;
