Apply today!\nJob Details\nResponsabilities:\nSupports standard and selected non-routine accounting activities to maintain accurate financial records, timely processing, audit-ready documentation, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Coordinates work priorities and task execution to meet service-level, quality, and deadline expectations while supporting the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations.\nSupport accounting activities including reconciliations, transaction processing, record maintenance, and month-end close activities in accordance with established procedures.\nMonitor accounting data, documentation, and system outputs to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.\nFollow up with internal stakeholders and approved external contacts to obtain missing information and clarify documentation requirements.\nEnsure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, documentation standards, and escalation procedures.\nResolve routine to moderately complex accounting issues by applying defined procedures and documenting actions taken.\nContribute to improvements in job aids, templates, and local processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.\n.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nCertification in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support preferred.\nWork Experience:\n2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, reconciliations, close support, or a related field required.\nSkills and Knowledge:\nKnowledge of accounting principles and standard accounting practices.\nAbility to review and reconcile financial records and transaction details.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.\nExperience working with accounting systems and maintaining audit-ready documentation.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
