Apply today!\nJob Details\nThis role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US.\nThis is a remote role but required to be in Eastern Time Zone.\nUnder the general direction of the Senior Manager of Portfolio Management, the Contract Administration & Data Analytics Analyst is responsible for overseeing contract lifecycle management, providing business insights through data analytics, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance. This role serves as a key liaison between Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and Customer teams to ensure contract compliance, data integrity, process efficiency, and business alignment.\nThe position combines contract administration expertise with analytical capabilities to identify trends, improve decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives that increase productivity, reduce risk, and improve customer satisfaction. Continuous improvement and automation opportunities are a core focus of the role.\nContract Administration\nIndependently manages portfolio activities for American Health Packaging and BluePoint Labs product lines.\nIdentify, implement and communicate customer contract Add/Change/Delete activities.\nActively manages multiple customer contracts including understanding contract terms, interface with Sales Managers to resolve any contract discrepancies or issues and ensuring compliance with contract terms and obligations.\nMaintain contract documentation and ensure accuracy across internal systems.\nServe as a point of contact for Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and customers regarding contract-related inquiries.\nConduct periodic contract audits and identify opportunities for process enhancements and risk mitigation.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.\nData Analytics & Business Intelligence\nSupports standardized reporting functions.\nAnalyze operational, financial, customer, and portfolio performance data to identify trends and business opportunities.\nAid in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.\nPerform ad hoc analyses related to pricing, customer contracts, product portfolios, and business performance.\nPartner with stakeholders and BIA to define reporting requirements and analytical solutions.\nValidate data quality and implement controls to improve accuracy and reliability.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Process Excellence\nApply AI tools and technologies to improve contract management, document review, data extraction, and reporting processes.\nIdentify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities across contract administration processes.\nIdentify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce cycle times.\nPartner with IT and business teams to implement automation tools and digital solutions.\nDrive change management efforts and support user adoption of new processes and technologies.\nPartner with BIA to facilitate cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and customer experience improvements.\nStandardize best practices across business functions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.\n2+ years experience in contract administration, business operations, business analytics, or process improvement.\nExperience with PowerBI, Alteryx, Databricks, Dataiku, Business Objects, or other BI platforms.\nSQL knowledge is recommended.\nSAP, SalesForce, and IQVIA knowledge is beneficial.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, manufacturing, or regulated industries.\nHands-on experience with automation, AI-enabled solutions, or continuous improvement methods.\nCore Competencies\nContract Administration & Compliance\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nData Analytics & Business Intelligence\nContinuous Improvement & Process Optimization\nAutomation & Digital Transformation\nStrategic Thinking\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
