Apply today!\nJob Details\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure compliance with the company’s Health & Safety policies and standards at all times\nOversee contract activities, ensuring that operations are completed safely, efficiently and in line with agreed quality and service levels\nDevelop a strong understanding of warehouse functions and provide operational support and effective problem-solving\nMaximise profitability and minimise costs, with particular attention to ad hoc activities\nComplete accurate weekly charging reports\nRespond to client and customer queries in a timely, professional and solution-focused manner\nMaintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders\nPrepare and present monthly KPI data\nMonitor KPI performance against agreed targets and implement action plans where required\nIdentify opportunities to improve internal and external service delivery.\nCoordinate changes in inbound and outbound volumes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client expectations are appropriately managed\nPromote teamwork and collaboration across the workplace\nEncourage continuous improvement across contract operations by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions\nCollaborate with other Contract Managers and internal departments to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices\nPlan additional operational activities with the wider business to ensure service continuity\nUnderstand and apply GDP and ISO requirements relevant to the contract\nEnsure the quality requirements of the contract are understood and consistently achieved\nInvestigate and resolve escalated queries or complaint\nChallenge client requests when they are not in the best interests of the business\nAct as Project Manager for new client implementations when required\nWork closely with Inventory, Returns, Customer Care, IT and other business functions to ensure successful contract management\nPartner with the Commercial team to manage contractual RPI increases and ensure that annual cost models are prepared and submitted to clients within the agreed contractual deadlines\nCarry out other reasonable duties as requested by Senior Management\n.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of two years’ experience working in a warehouse or similar operational environment\nMinimum of two years’ experience working directly with clients\nStrong knowledge of warehouse activities, processes and systems\nSound knowledge of Good Distribution Practice, or GDP\nUnderstanding of ISO standards and contract quality requirements\nUnderstanding of the commercial aspects of client contracts\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word\nNVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification\nEducation to O/GCSE level or above\nAbility to complete training in all relevant Standard Operating Procedures within the first three months\nMinimum Skills Required:\nStrong client and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels\nStrong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills\nAbility to work to deadlines and manage multiple operational priorities\nCommercial awareness and a clear focus on cost control and profitability\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
