Je hebt contact met medewerkers van apotheken en ziekenhuizen, dit gebeurt telefonisch, via email of onze web portal. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw directe customer service collega’s en andere teams in onze organisatie. Het CustomerService team is onderdeel van het Customer Contact Centre, binnen deze afdeling werken 15 super gedreven medewerkers.\nHoe ziet je dag eruit\nJe begint dagelijks met een kick-off met je team om samen terug en vooruit te kijken naar de nieuwe dag. We bespreken ook de benodigde acties en aandachtspunten. De telefoonlijnen gaan open om onze klanten te helpen met de vragen die ze hebben, vragen kunnen ook gesteld worden via email of onze web portal. Jij bent de expert en hebt de inhoudelijke kennis om vragen te beantwoorden of om ze op de juiste plek uit te zetten in onze organisatie. Je schakelt met je collega’s van verschillende teams, denk daarbij aan Transport, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Sales en Retail.
