Join us and make a positive impact on human and animal health.\nJob Details\nCustomer Service Representative\nVilnius, Lithuania | Full Time | Hybrid Working Available\nWorking hours: 40 per week 16:00-01:00h\nJob purpos e\nUnder moderate supervision of the Customer Care Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing Cencora customers with courteous, professional and efficient service at all times.\nResponsibilities\nAssists with customer problems such as missed shipments, price adjustments and backorders; continually strives for prompt resolution\nFrequently works with field sales associates in coordinating special orders, accepting quotations, typing, and manufacturer calls\nWorks with warehouse associates, customers and field sales associates to ensure that the order process runs smoothly\nProcesses all phone, fax, mail, e-mail, dropship and verbal orders from customers\nResponsible for providing customers with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding products and services; if unable to provide assistance, escalates customers to Customer Service Supervisor or Manager in a courteous manner\nPerforms data entry for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders and special orders, and providing customers with current prices; researches any other inquiries as requested\nAssists customers with backorders by offering substitutions and alternatives whenever possible, contacts manufacturers for delivery information, prices and availability, and changes in stock number\nCommunicates with all departments within the Distribution Center as well as field sales associates\nServes as liaison between customers and field sales associates\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nRequires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through associate’s degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education\n2+ years of customer service experience\nExcellent English language skills (both orally and in writing)\nStrong interpersonal skills\nStrong customer service skills (ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction)\nFamiliarity with pharmaceutical distribution operations is an advantage\nStrong organizational skills; attention to detail\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory management system\nGood decision-making skills\nGood analytical skills\n\n2292 eur per month gross\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe offer a competitive annual bonus, life insurance from Day 1, a best-in-class health insurance package, and up to 6 fully paid benefit days a year.
