Apply today!\nJob Details\n\n We're hiring DevOps Engineer to join our Phlexglobal IT team in Poland.\nThe purpose of this role is to be a part of DevOps function, helping teams ship software faster and more safely by building and improving Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, driving automation and a shift-left culture, and mentoring engineers.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine and drive the DevOps Vision and using Agile best practices\nEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and services\nAlign DevOps initiatives with engineering, product, and business goals\nEnsure high-quality engineering is demonstrated across the team\nDesign, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure)\nFacilitate clear communication between the different departments\nAdvocate DevOps culture across the teams looking to shift-left wherever possible\n.\nRequirements:\nExperience in DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineering roles\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs/networking/Storage, AKS, App Services, Keyvault)\nDeep experience with Kubernetes in production environments\nStrong infrastructure as code experience, mainly Terraform/Helm\nStrong CI/CD experience, ideally with Azure DevOps\nStrong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture\nExperience working in cross-functional engineering teams\nFamiliar with observability platforms\nWorks under broad direction and often self-initiates tasks\nMakes decisions impacting results and deadlines\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
