Apply today!\nJob Details\nSummary:\nUnder the direction of the Inside Sales Team Leader, Australia & New Zealand, the inside sales associate role is responsible for generating, growing and maximizing World Courier’s business opportunities and sales to drive the overall sales revenue and profitability of the organization.\nJob Description:\nDevelop new and sustainable business within designated portfolio areas to ensure the achievement of individual key performance indicators and overall success of the organization.\nMaintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth to increase the profitability and return on investment in each relationship.\nRepresent World Courier in a professional manner that builds upon the already robust reputation of the organization.\nActively engaging with new and existing business opportunities, delivering solutions.\n.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.\nAssociate's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, communications, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.\nExperience:\n3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business development, customer support, or a related field required.\nCertification in a CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent preferred.\nDemonstrated experience meeting key performance indicators.\nStrong experience in a sales role.\nSignificant experience in the freight forwarding or science/laboratory industry.\nHigh level of computer literacy; sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.\nPrior experience in a Sales role preferred.\nMinimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Requirements:\nAbility to work autonomously and self-direct work activities.\nExcellent relationship building skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.\nGreat phone manner and proactive attitude towards role.\nSound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.\nStrong time management and organisational skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
