The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails\n\nManage and develop existing portfolio\n\nPerform under a quick sales environment (phone calls - emails)\n\nResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interest\n\nMaintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory\n\nManage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce.com\n\nRoute qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate\n\nStaying informed about competing products and services\n\nClosing sales and achieving sales targets\n\nSuggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process\n\n.\nRequirements\nAdvanced level in English - Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)\n\nStrong listening and communication skills, rapport building skills\n\nStrong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day.\n\nDiscipline and time management\n\nExperience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com\n\nProfessional and confident presentation skills\n\nProven work experience as an Inside Sale Representative\n\nAbility to achieve targets\n\nLevel of higher education is preferred (in international business, Transport, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage)\n\nPrimary Location\nCoslada - Madrid\nDaily Shuttles in place from/to Av. de America - Madrid to the office in Coslada\nWhat Cencora offers\nBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
