Apply today!\nJob Details\nSummary:\nUnder the direction of the Director of Operations & Engineering, the Visualization Intern assists with developing, testing, and deploying Visualization/SCADA solutions that cater to Cencora’s business requirements.\nEligibility:\nCurrent enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited institution. If enrolled in an undergraduate program, must be a junior or a senior.\nMust have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist with the development of displays and programming of SCADA clients/servers. \nAssist with creating and modifying documentation of new and existing infrastructure. \nWorking with PLC Function Block and other programming techniques to assist the SCADA group in modifying process control systems in support of user group requests. \nAssist with creating and modifying documentation of the SCADA solution and training guides.\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nKeep the management updated with accurate project and task information.\nParticipate in requirements, design, documentation, and evaluations.\nPerforms related duties as assigned.\nKey Skills and Expertise:\nUnderstanding of SCADA concepts and functions is preferred.\nExperience with User Interface design and optimization is preferred.\nKnowledge of Siemens or Allen Bradley PLC interfaces, and networking is a plus.\nExperience with HTML, SVG files, SQL, Java, or Python is a plus.\nGeneral Requirements:\nAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.\nGood decision-making skills and customer service skills.\nGood organizational skills; attention to detail.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nLess than 2 years of experience in clinical operations support, healthcare administration, patient services, or a related field required.\nWhat Cencora offers\nWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
